Why is a healthy lifestyle so important for us?It is important because it can help us to avoid the disease and illnesses such as hypertension and cancer.Having a healthy lifestyle also makes the life become enjoyable and the most important thing is a way to keep our body in good condition in order to accomplish day-to-day tasks.When you're living a healthy lifestyle in your future,it will make all of us have a healthy body and mind.It is also very important to have a healthy lifestyle because it will save your life in the future.By living a healthy lifestyle you will be fit and you're able to do things that you have never done before,or even though about.

    In addition,there are several ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle such as eat healthy food.for example,we should eat three nutritional meals a day with all food groups such as carbohydrates,protein,fats, vitamins and minerals.Next,we should exercise.For example,we can do running, jogging,playing sports or dancing.This activities can make us produce a lot of sweat and make our body healthy.After that,we need to drink sufficient water .We need to drink 8 glass of water everyday.besides that,we need to keep away from bad habit.such as eating junk food very a lot.Next,we need to have hobbies.For example,our hobbies is badminton.badminton is one of activity that has much movement that our bodies can produce a lot of sweat.Lastly,we need to ensure sufficient rest.Make sure we get enough 7 until 8 hours per night.

    Last but not the least, healthy lifestyle can bring us a lots of benefits that we can't be expecting.Managing your weight is the key of obtaining all of the health benefits of a healthy lifestyle.Healthy lifestyle will avoid us from obsessed or diabetes.

  2. Having a healthy lifestyle is all about choosing to live your life in healthy way. In a talk that I have attend last week, there's a lot of tip on how to live in healthy lifestyle.
    First, we need to move our normalisation on eating high calories food to much healthier food, like having food with rule of 'suku suku separuh'. In addition, we need to drink water sufficiently like eight glass for a day. Second, we need to ensure sufficient rest every day. The right sufficient rest is about 6 to 8 hours.
    Lastly, we also must keep away from bad habits and gain a healthier hobbies for ourself. Keeping away bad habits is just like keep away habits on biting nails to always cut,clean, and care your nails. In conclusion, we need to live in healthy lifestyle to take care of ourselves.

  4. Our health is the most important thing in life. We need to take care of our health and maintain a good health. As the saying goes, precaution is better than cure.

    First, you must eat healthy food. You need to avoid such a salty, oily and many more. Then, you need to exercise regularly such as 3 times a week. Besides that, you need to drink sufficient water such as 8 glass per day. You also need to have hobbies that can bring a benefit such as cycling, jogging or reading. After that, you also need to keep away from bad habits such as smoking, vaping and many more. Last but not least, you also must ensure sufficient rest and get enough sleep such as 8 hour per day.

    In conclusion, we need to stay practice this healthy life for our goods to avoid from getting dangerous disease.

  5. Every person can choose about their own life.The happiness on the person health and lifestyle.Healthy life style is maintaining a balanced and nutritions diet in daily life.What is a healthy life style that can be used by everyone.


    First,one you must eating healthy food or you can use food pyramic.It can help you to have a good diet in your daily life.You must exercise regularly to keep onself fit and healthy.You can do exercise daily like jogging,playing sports and brisk walking.Once you start a healthy life you have to keep away from bad habits like harmful habit that is smoking,drinking and drugs.


    Make sure you drink sufficient water everday.It will make sure that you will get the enough water.Ensure sufficient rest in daily life.This can help to add energy for the body when doing activities.Last when you start living a healthy life you will have a good hobbies.

    There are many ways to have a healthy lifestyle. First, you have to eat healthy food such as vegetables and fruits. You should not eat junk food, which is unhealthy for you. Then, you have to exercise regularly. Exercise can help to reduce your risk of a heart attack.
    After that, you have to drink a sufficient amount of water. Drink enough water can help to prevent constipation. Furthermore, you have to ensure sufficient rest. As a result, it will help you function well throughout the day.
    Next, you have to keep away from bad habits. For example, engaging in negative self-talk and swearing. Finally, you must have hobbies. Hobbies are great stress relief. Besides, hobbies can help you to explore yourself and your talents.
    In conclusion, a healthy lifestyle can increase happiness and decrease the risk of getting diseases.
